This page explains what Pevly collects and what it does not. It
applies to pevly.com.
What we collect
Pevly is a static website. It sets no cookies of its own, runs no advertising scripts, and does not use third-party analytics or tracking pixels.
Two things do involve your data:
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data — IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamp — for security and operational purposes. We do not use these logs to build profiles of individuals.
- The contact form. If you send a message, we receive the name, email address and message you submit. That information is used only to reply to you.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or share your information.
- We do not track what you buy or attribute purchases to your visit.
- We do not run behavioural advertising or retargeting.
- We do not require an account, and we do not maintain a mailing list.
Embedded content
Some articles embed video. Where they do, the embed is loaded from a privacy-enhanced endpoint that does not set tracking cookies unless you press play. Once you interact with an embedded player, that provider's own privacy policy applies to the interaction.
Your rights
If you are in the UK, EU or another jurisdiction with comparable data protection law, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. In practice the only personal data we are likely to hold is a contact-form message. Ask us via the contact page and we will action it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published here. Material changes will be summarised at the top of the page.
